Chest Tube update

They just finished the chest tube replacement and got a liter and a half of out of his lung that had just been sitting there. The nurse said that will put less pressure on his lung and also make the ventilation easier. The doctor just stopped by to tell us that the change so far was great.

That's all for now

Come on Dean, I need to talk to you about our new president. To many uninformed in my orbit here in the Peoples Republic of Illinois. Your words of wisdom are missed.

God bless and get better soon.

Hi, Haverly, Bill, Linda et al. It is so wonderful of you to keep us updated on such a regular basis! I'm sure the uncertainty of the situation and the rapid series of turns have left you feeling exhausted. Bless you for taking the time to keep us informed on top of it all! You are truly amazing. I haven't stopped praying for Dean since he entered the hospital and will continue to do so. I do believe in the power of prayer.
Fondly,
John
