They completed the tracheotomy at around 8:45 this morning and Dad is now back in his room resting peacefully under sedation. Bill is at the hospital with him and we'll let you know of any new developments throughout the day.

THANKS for the update. Don't the doctors know you are keeping a Blog and that they are "screwing up your communication"? OH WELL!!! Hopfully the latest surgery will make things easier for Dean. HUGS :-} Sue and Muriel
